Areas of expertise

Methodology, research process and techniques

I set up the methodology to meet the team’s needs and adapt them to the schedule and expectations.

That requires involving the main stakeholders in the design process, such as product owners, business and strategy teams, marketing departments, among others.

I effectively combine qualitative with quantitative techniques in my research process, from in-depth interviews, in-context interviews, focus groups, user tests with prototypes to surveys and A-B tests.

Objectives, strategy and identity

I analyse the information and data collected during research, considering the organisation's objectives, business strategy and brand identity.

I work closely with teams, designers, and product owners and help them understand and appropriately use the research insights and knowledge about their users.

Voice, communication and narrative

I use the information gathered and analysed from research to generate content that represents and directly addresses the user’s needs and expectations.

Insights can be used to communicate the organisation’s principles and articulate a narrative that helps designers to stay focused on creating experiences that not only solve problems but do so in ways that feel intuitive and genuinely supportive to users.

Expertise with different research methodologies

that allows me to combine and adjust the approach and techniques tothe research objectives.

Design research: identifying users' experiences, understanding their needs and contexts, and exploring their interactions with services and products.

Social research: understanding the context, social interactions and prioritizing people’s needs.

Market research: identifying what appeals to the users and triggers customer satisfaction, connecting this information with the business strategy.
